Commissioning me means you accept and agree to these terms below!
Working Time
Times listed beneath each commission option reflect time elapsed without client edits/different variants. Commissions may take longer depending on the amount of changes or versions of the commission requested.
Payment
Payment must be sent before I begin your commission.
I accept Venmo and Cashapp for payment. All my prices are listed in USD.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if I have not already started your piece.
Refunds are after Venmo fees. I reserve the right to cancel/refund your commission at any time.
Do's and Don'ts
I will draw:

☆ Gore
☆ Humans
☆ Furries
☆ Fanart
I will not draw:
☆ Proship, Incest, ect.
☆ Hateful Imagery
☆ Mech
☆ Realistic Backgrounds
I reserve the right to refuse any commission as I see fit.
If you want something that isn't listed and are unsure, feel free to ask me about it.
I will not draw a character for you based on a written description. Picture references are required unless you are commissioning a custom design (even then, visual aid alongside the description is highly advised for the best possible results).
Editing Policy
Posing edits are only available during the sketch phase. I will do up to 5 small alterations for free (color adjustments, adding/removing accessories, ect.) Any after that or large changes may cost money depending on complexity ($5-$10 USD).
Process
Commissions are generally done in multiple sittings. Final sketches will be sent for approval from the commissioner before beginning color depending on the commission type. More W.I.P. photos can be requested by the commissioner. My turnaround time is flexible depending on the commission type (1 day~4 weeks**).

It may take longer depending on certain circumstances, if that's the case then I will inform you!
Copyright/Usage
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced image, not the commissioner. As such, I am allowed to use the final image to:
☆ Promote my services
☆ Display anywhere
☆ Post wherever I please
The commissioner is allowed to use the final image for:
☆ Personal use only
☆ Self promotion with credit
The commissioner claims the right of their character(s), but not the art. If the client breaks copyright infringement, every right they had to any artwork from me will be retracted and they will be blacklisted from owning my designs and commissioning me in the future.
The following is considered copyright infringement.
☆ Reproducing or using the artwork commercially without monetary compensation
☆ Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent
☆ Taking credit for the work
☆ Removing watermarks
☆ Using my artwork to train AI
